Abstract |
With the recent entry of an aging society, medical costs have increased, requiring in-depth researches on vital signals such as heart rate, blood sugar and blood pressure. There are several ways to measure heart rate, but in this study, signals were measured in peripheral blood vessels of fingers using Photoplethysmogram (PPG) with non-binding measurement methods. Raw data was measured through the Band pass filter and Buffer Circuit with the Analog Circuit. The PPG signal was then detected using Infinite Impulse Response Filter (IIR) among the Digital Filter and the Velocity Photoplethysmogram (VPG) signal was detected after the first differential process. Two signals were then used to implement an algorithm that could detect Peak to Peak Intervals (PPI). Subsequent studies can expect to extend studies on subjects' stress conditions or blood pressure by applying acceleration sensors to eliminate noise or by utilizing PPI. |
