Abstract |
Photovoltaic power generation is a renewable energy that generates power without emitting pollutants using solar energy, but it requires a method of tracking the maximum power point according to the unique characteristics of PV arrays. In the PV system, a DC-DC converter exists in between the PV array and the grid inverter, and the maximum power point tracking technique is applied. Various algorithms have been presented in the literature. However, in this paper, PI controller gain was designed using discrete time domain and frequency domain stability analysis for stable output of PV boost converter system. The designed gain was applied to the system and stability was verified through simulation and experiment. |
