Abstract |
In this paper, we propose a trajectory generation algorithm to enhance position control performance of gimbal system on aircraft. The gimbal of electro-optical system needs shortest time LOS(Line-of-Sight) control without overshoot to perform tracking, detection and surveillance reconnaissance missions about the target direction and areas of interest. The trajectory generation algorithm is designed equation and decision method of acceleration, constant velocity, deceleration section using maximum driving control performance of gimbal system for shortest time LOS control without overshoot. we verified trajectory generation algorithm through position control experiment of gimbal system. The experimental result shows satisfactory position control performance. |
