Abstract |
The main cause of electrical fire accident is an arc. In order to prevent such an accident, it is possible to reduce the probability of a fire accident due to an arc by reducing the fault current or shortening the detection time in the case of a short circuit fault. The existing arc prevention circuit is a technology to prevent arc accident by reducing the current of the accident, but this causes a problem that the load capacity is limited. In this paper, we studied the design of a system that can protect an accident by detecting a signal faster than the existing system using a piezoelectric transformer. For stable protection operation, a method for applying a logic circuit was studied, and through this, the performance and possibility of the system to protect against short circuit accidents were verified by applying it to the actual system. |
