Abstract |
A refrigerator that maintains the appopriate temperature is an important factor for safe medicines and foods. Accordinly, the standards of the Food Safety Management Certification Standard (HACCP) are being strengthened. HACCP certification is immediately revoked if the management standards of critical management facilities are deviated from the implementation of the One-Strikeout System in 2015. Aging refrigerators are causing a numerous problems in recent summer operation. However, replacing all aging refrigerators is expensive and time consuming. It requires a high level of skill to inspect a condition of refrigerator only with limited pressure and temperature without special measuring equipment. Currently, on-site inspections and repairs rely only on experience and knowledge of operators. Therefore, unskilled workers face difficulties in inspection and repair. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method using PLC. |
