Abstract |
New technologies that combine customized catenary system development according to construction environment and digital technology are being studied for the development of speed improvement, safety improvement, and economic improvement technologies. This paper presents the results of 3D CAD (3-dimensional computer aided design) file creation using KRSA (Korea Rail Standard Authority) drawings of 350 km/h high-speed railway materials, such as insulators, compensation devices, and other components. Additionally, the three-dimensional scanning results of high-speed railway catenary materials are presented separately. 3D scanning was performed using both simultaneous up and down scanning and cross-sectional scanning methods. Although simple dimensions can be compared, it was found that additional research is needed to acquire standard drawings as 3D CAD files, such as cross-sectional curves, surface generation, error analysis, surface quality, and error interpretation of 2D data after completion. |
