Abstract |
This paper proposes a control system that generates steam with fast and accurate heating of cartridge heaters to increase the efficiency of the car washing system. It is difficult to control the heater's proper temperature output power because the existing control system uses improper PID gain values or ON-OFF control. This research automatically adjusts the PID gains for temperature control of the proposed two cartridge heaters using fuzzy PID control. It also maintains the outlet temperature of the water pipe to produce fast and accurate steam. As a result, the two cartridge heaters are quickly and accurately reached the target temperature. It shows that the temperature control is improved compared to the existing system, and the steam generation speed is faster, thereby improving performance. |
