Abstract |
In this study, the characteristics of perovskite solar cells were studied by treating and fabricating the TiO2 electron transport layer with TiCl4. TiO2 is most often used as an electron transport layer in perovskite solar cells, but has a disadvantage of deteriorating the photoacrive layer in perovskite solar cells. The concentration of the TiCl4 solution was changed to 0 to 200 mM, and a blocking layer was formed between the photoactive layer and the electron transport layer, and the photoactive layer and the electrode were directly contacted. As a result, the TiCl4 treatment improved key parameters such as open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current density and fill factor. In addition, it was confirmed that the electrochemical impedance value decreased during the TiCl4 treatment. Accordingly, it increased the short-circuit current density and reduced electron recombination, and showed the highest efficiency of 15.71% in a perovskite solar cell treated with a concentration of 100 mM TiCl4. |
