Abstract |
This study proposed an energy control strategy using baseline correction power distribution for efficient energy management of electric tractors based on hydrogen fuel cells. The demand power of the fuel cell stack was estimated according to the driving and operation of the electric tractor based on hydrogen fuel cells, and a strategy was constructed to allow the battery and super-capacitor to respond to rapid load fluctuations. The proposed method enables efficient operation of the fuel cell stack and manages the charging and discharge of the battery and super-capacitor. In particular, the efficiency of the fuel cell system is an essential factor in the mileage and operation time of the tractor. When the baseline correction method proposed in this study was applied, the efficiency of the fuel cell stack was improved in the case of road driving and rotary operations, and the possibility of efficiency improvement of the proposed control strategy was verified through simulation results. |
